Florida Cop Shooter Claims Government Killed More People than Him

In Florida, January 23rd 2016, an accused cop shooter identified as David Mejia had to go to

bond court for shooting at cops.

According to Miami Gardens's Officer. David Starling, he was ambushed by Mejia while he was just sitting in his patrol car writing a patrol ticket.

Mejia was seen driving past the officer but slowed down and reversed his car to shoot at Officer Starling. He shot 6 times into the officer's car but the officer was only hit with one bullet in his behind.

After the officer was shot he called for back-up. The back-up officers that caught up with Mejia, were shot at as well while chasing him. Mejia eventually crashed his car in the high speed chase.

In court, Mejia said things like, “What about my little brother Trayvon”, “Y’all got more blood on y’all than I got blood on my hands “, "How you got Zimmerman born in Ft. Lauderdale? How you got Zimmerman on the wall over there, huh? To glorify that shit?", "So a white kid that shoots up a church gets a bond and I can't get one?"

The judge stated that Mejia was "mentally ill clearly" and invoked Mejia’s rights until he was appointed another lawyer. Officer Starling is currently in the hospital recovering from his wound.
